Online Marketing Campaign Manager (SEM/PPC) (No. 231)
- Overview:

MediaBoost is looking for a smart, result-driven and highly dedicated Online Marketing
Campaign Manager who will be responsible for advertising our websites in paid search
and other PPC programs. The ideal person is someone who recently started his or
her search marketing career and feels passionate about stepping forward into taking
ownership of large scale campaigns in challenging and highly competitive verticals.
- Responsibilities:
-
- Plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize pay-per-click
advertising campaigns with multi million dollars spend.
- Proactively seek, identify and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign
growth and improvement.
- Continually strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization of all
of the available levers – account structure, keywords, quality score, targeting,
ad copy, landing page performance, etc.
- Constantly supervise every granular aspect and detail of the campaign – keywords,
bids, ads and more.
- Slice and dice an enormous amount of complex data into meaningful conclusions that
can be turned into actionable decisions.
- Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly
responding with appropriate tweaks and changes.
- Work with the creative team to develop successful copy, design and landing pages
that correlate with campaign focus and targeting (such as keyword groups and ads).
- Take part in setting the overall marketing strategy by providing feedback and actively
sharing data, results and ideas.
- Effectively communicate with vertical managers to report and discuss tactics, results
and issues as well.
- Collaborate actively with vertical managers, product managers, designers, copywriters,
engineers, sales and QA specialists to drive the product delivery and optimization
process as well as to resolve day to day issues.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to new fields, products and markets.
- Know and master the inside-out of every tool, feature and option offered by the
search engine platforms as well as multiple external and internal products and technologies.
- Keep up-to-date with the frequent changes in the advertising platforms by diligently
reading, learning and testing new features.
- Investigate and implement new technologies, services, automation capabilities, and/or
vendor solutions that enhance SEM.
- Follow the company’s processes and methodologies for search marketing.
- Suggest new techniques and methods that can be implemented by other campaign managers
and evangelize them by documentation and training.
- Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in search campaign management within a results-driven and performance-oriented
environment as an individual contributor.
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience) with proven quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ambitious, hard working, execution-oriented, eager to get results and succeed.
- Great grasp of numbers with love for data and analytics.
- Good sense of marketing, consumer interaction, usability and persuasion.
- Tech-savvy: Excellent technical approach with the ability to learn, understand and
operate high-end computer-based systems.

with major in highly quantitative discipline (such as statistics, math or operation

Senior .NET & Web Developer (No. 291)
- Overview:

We're seeking highly experienced and devoted professionals, who like challenges
and like to work with people. You must be experienced in building complicated server
and client modules for Web-based applications. The position requires extensive knowledge
and experience with Microsoft .Net tools and Microsoft SQL Database
