Alon Matas, Founder and CEO

Alon Matas founded MediaBoost and serves as the company's CEO. He is responsible for directing the company's worldwide activities, building MediaBoost's market position, and creating and developing its business.

Mr. Matas technological and managerial background was formed in the Israeli army, where he served in many roles and led several major projects. In 2000 he joined WizApp, a dot-com startup founded by Dr. Yossi Vardi, serving as the company's VP R&D.

In 2002 he founded Compile, an Internet venture incubator. As the CEO of Compile, he has initiated and executed several successful international Web-based enterprises.


Itai Rechnitz, VP of Research and Development

Itai Rechnitz is the VP R&D of MediaBoost. He is responsible for managing all of the development and research operations. His mission is to bring creative ideas to rapid and high-quality execution.

Before joining MediaBoost, Mr. Rechnitz was employed by Compile, an Internet venture incubator, first as team leader and then as VP R&D.

Mr. Rechnitz holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Netanya Academic College institute.


Mani Rangarajan, VP of Finance and Operations

Mani Rangarajan is Vice-President of Finance, Operations & Administration of MediaBoost and has 20 years of finance, strategy, operations and business development experience in the financial services and internet sectors.

Prior to joining Media Boost, Mani consulted and advised several internet start-ups and venture capital firms in Entertainment, eCommerce, Gaming, Mobile, Publishing, Sports and Search verticals. Mani was also Director, Finance & Operations and Chief of Staff to the CFO at Yahoo! for almost six years where he worked on several strategic, finance and operations initiatives. He was previously Vice-President, Audit & Risk Management at Citibank where he led risk management evaluation of businesses in over 20 countries in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Asia.

Mani is an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He holds a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Calcutta and is also a qualified cost and management accountant.


Tal Hart, Director of Online Marketing

Tal Hart is the Director of Online Marketing for MediaBoost. He is responsible for planning and overseeing our online marketing and advertising activities as well as managing our marketing and advertising specialists. Tal has over 23 years of experience and prior to MediaBoost he has been executive in numerous online ventures such as I-Media, TelNET and Telrox.
